RMFT Roots & Remedies continues a legacy of natural healing passed down through three generations of women herbalists and bodyworkers.
Our journey began in Australia, where our mother and grandmother first studied and practiced herbal medicine. Over the decades, this knowledge grew—shared, tested, and refined across the western United States, including Arizona, Idaho, California, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
Today, that legacy continues through our family’s clinic in Nibley, Utah, where we’ve been serving clients with herbal remedies and massage therapy for more than 16 years. Many of our complex tincture formulas have been in use for over 50 years, blending traditional herbal wisdom with modern craftsmanship.
